One-to-One Coaching
Oussama offers individual coaching sessions for musicians, singers, conductors and students who wish to develop their artistic and musical practice in a focused and personalised way.
His teaching background began early in his career. Holding a teaching diploma, he has worked as a conservatoire teacher and has continuously given individual lessons in piano, ear training, improvisation, conducting and musical analysis. This pedagogical experience has always accompanied his work as a performer and conductor.
His one-to-one coaching is adapted to each person’s level, goals and artistic identity. Sessions may focus on musical interpretation, technical development, score reading, conducting gesture, rehearsal preparation, improvisation, or broader artistic guidance.
The aim is not only to improve skills, but also to help each musician find clarity, confidence and a more personal relationship with their practice.
